Every ticket to the Houston Chicken Wing Festival is a donation directly supporting Bayou City Hangouts — a Houston 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to Houston's small business community. A portion of all proceeds also benefits Kids Meals Inc., fighting childhood hunger right here in Houston.

Your Wing Tasting wristband gives you one wing from every competing vendor at the festival. The more competitors, the more wings you get to taste. Wristband holders also get access to all festival activations, the eating contest, and the live awards ceremony.

Yes! the Houston Chicken Wing Festival is a family-friendly event. Children's AYCE wristbands are available at reduced pricing, and the festival includes activities and spaces for all ages.

Competing vendors are judged across five categories: Best Classic Buffalo, Best Dry Rub, Hottest Wing, Most Creative Flavor, and People's Choice. A panel of local judges scores the wings throughout the day and the People's Choice winner is determined by guest votes. Winners are announced live on stage at the awards ceremony with cash prizes

We will have other hot meal options, desserts, and beverages available. Competing vendors may also sale sides.
