We host vendors inside Crunch Fitness twice per week. Only two vendors are featured each day to ensure high visibility and direct interaction with gym members. Vendors can book single days, weekly placements, or monthly residencies for consistent exposure.

Your space is only confirmed after payment.
Once your invoice is paid, your dates are locked in. You will receive an invoice if you are accepted. -
Due to limited space, all bookings are non-refundable. However, we are able to move your date to a different time, if applicable.
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate. -
Crunch Fitness has consistent daily member traffic throughout the day. While numbers vary by time, vendors benefit from steady, repeated exposure rather than a one-time rush like traditional markets. Many vendors love this because it leads to more conversations and repeat customers.

Insurance is recommended, especially for food or sampling vendors, but not required. Some products or services may require proof of coverage.

Yes, vendors should bring their own table, display materials, and signage unless otherwise arranged. Limited rentals may be available upon request.
